Zenstores integrates with APC Overnight to make it easier for retailers to provide a great delivery
The Zenstores platform integrates a retailer’s sales channels with APC Overnight and other courier accounts so shipments can be booked and delivery labels printed in seconds. The Bristol-based technology company is on-track to have helped retailers dispatch over 80 million orders by the end of 2018.
APC Overnight is the UK's largest delivery network, with more than 105 locations nationwide offering a range of timed and trackable next day delivery options as well as specialising in fragile, security and liquid services.
For Chris Lloyd of Clearspring, a retailer of authentic Japanese and organic fine foods, the new integration was an overnight success:
“As with all Zenstores integrations, the APC Overnight connection works seamlessly. It’s already saved us valuable time dispatching orders, which we’ve put to good use focusing on increasing our online sales. Simply, Zenstores is the best software that we have.”
Andy Taylor, Network Director at APC Overnight added: “There are many brilliant UK SMEs at the forefront of the e-commerce boom. Our integration with Zenstores will help to give customers of APC more choice and greater flexibility, giving back valuable time and energy to focus on growth.”
Zenstores launched in 2015 with the mission of making it easier for retailers of any size to provide a great delivery experience to their customers and with research published by YouGov showing 52 percent of consumers prefer next-day delivery, accessible multi-carrier integrations and an automated fulfilment process, are increasingly becoming the difference between success and failure for Britain’s retail businesses.
Tom Palmer, Zenstores CEO, commented: “We’re delighted that the Zenstores and APC Overnight integration will make it easier for retailers to get orders into their customer’s hands faster by giving them direct access to APC Overnight’s range of time-critical services directly from their Zenstores dashboard.”
