Re-booking delivery

If you have received a calling card because a driver has attempted a delivery to you, please follow the guidance on your card. Please note re-delivery requests may not always be possible the next working day depending on the time you make contact to re-arrange the delivery. To make a request, please contact your local depot.  You can re-arrange your delivery, or arrange to collect your parcel.
