APC Overnight announce new services to bolster customer relations with SMEs

By APC Overnight on 13th June 2016

Today, APC Overnight completes the introduction of three new services to help its 10,000 SME customers unlock new growth opportunities. The new services include partnerships with Whistl and Air Menzies International to bolster second class mail and international delivery options. The most recent addition, launching this week, is APC direct, an online booking tool for customers.

The national roll-out aims to provide greater flexibility than any other UK delivery firm and will save a significant amount of time that SMEs can put back into their businesses. The new services are one of the ways we are looking to strengthen relationships with entrepreneurs and business leaders.

Jonathan Smith, CEO said: “We’re proud to offer the new services to SMEs, many of who haven’t had access to the services before. We know that SMEs are concerned that their lack of options for delivery services has a direct impact on their growth prospects in the UK and abroad.

“We wish to grow with our customers, many of whom started using us when they were sending a few parcels per week. Our new services provide the most competitive options for them as we continually look for ways to help our customers unlock opportunities in new markets.”

Paul Hamilton, Managing Director of Towel Rads, who supply heated towel radiators to the building industry said of the new services: “We are continually finding that as a SME based in Maidenhead, it is sometimes difficult to offer the whole range of delivery options that national larger corporations can and we welcome the news that APC Overnight is introducing three new services, these will really have a positive impact on our growth opportunities here in the UK and internationally”.
