Parcel Tracking

You are now able to track your parcel and to have control over your delivery by choosing how you'd like to receive it until the delivery is complete (this includes if we miss you and leave you a card).

Simply choose to either:

  • Reschedule your delivery for a date that suits you.
  • Request to collect from your local APC Overnight depot.
  • Have your parcel left safe in a location of your choosing (once you've rescheduled your delivery).
  • Collect from your local Parcelly store.
