Reschedule a delivery with APC Choice

Have you received a 'sorry we missed you' card or an email notification?

Have control over your delivery by choosing how you’d like to receive it until the delivery is complete (this includes if we miss you and leave you a card).

Simply choose to either:

Reschedule your delivery for a date that suits you;
Request to collect from your local APC depot;
Have your parcel left safe in a location of your choosing;
Collect from your local Parcelly store.

Please note: We will hold your item(s) for 5 working days before returning to the sender - the rescheduled date needs to be within 5 working days of the first delivery attempt. Please note you cannot collect your item(s) on the same day as the delivery was attempted. For next day collections please book before 7 PM.
