A growing partnership with The APC
Davisoft Freight is a family-run logistics business based in Kings Langley, Hertfordshire, led by founders Andreea Stefan and Dragos Anania. Already an established member of the UPN pallet network, Davisoft expanded into parcel delivery in September 2024 by joining The APC - the UK’s largest independent parcel delivery network - covering the EN4 and EN5 postcode areas. By combining its personalised, customer-first ethos with the strength and reliability of The APC’s national network, Davisoft now provides fast, dependable parcel services to SMEs across the region.
Reflecting on the decision to join The APC, Andreea Stefan, Head of Commercial at Davisoft Freight, said: “Expanding into parcel services felt like the natural next step for our business. We’ve always focused on delivering reliable, customer-first logistics and The APC has given us the platform and support to bring that same approach to the parcel market. It’s helping us strengthen our local relationships, grow sustainably and continue doing what we do best: supporting our customers every step of the way.”
People-first logistics built on care and experience
Founded in 2019, Davisoft Freight has grown from a one-van operation into a trusted logistics partner with a strong team of dedicated self-employed drivers and full-time staff. With decades of combined experience, the team has built a reputation for going above and beyond, focusing on service quality, flexibility and long-term customer relationships.
Davisoft's operational model is built around flexibility, transparency and reliability, underpinned by a firm belief that logistics should make customers’ lives easier, not more complicated. “We’re on first-name terms with our customers, and we’re always just a call away if they need support,” said Andreea. “That’s what sets us apart – genuine relationships, attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job right, every time. We’re proud to bring the experience we’ve built into parcel operations through The APC network, and to support SMEs across the region with fast, dependable delivery they can count on.”
Laying the foundations for sustainable growth
Since joining The APC, Davisoft Freight has been focused on reaching more SMEs across the EN4 and EN5 areas, demonstrating how its tailored, customer-first service can support their growth and evolving logistics needs. With sustainability firmly on the agenda, the business is also exploring new ways to strengthen its environmental credentials and ensure its parcel operations reflect an environmentally responsible, future-focused approach.
“We’re actively exploring the use of electric vehicles and other low-impact solutions to make our parcel operations more sustainable,” explained Dragos Anania, Head of Operations at Davisoft Freight. “Our goal is to show local businesses that they don’t have to choose between great service and environmental responsibility. For us, growth has to be responsible. It has to reflect the needs of our customers, our team and the wider environment.”
Looking ahead
Davisoft Freight’s long-term vision is focused on sustainable growth and strengthening its presence across the EN4 and EN5 postcodes. With a solid foundation in place, a dedicated team and the backing of The APC network, the business is well-positioned to become a trusted delivery partner for SMEs across North London and beyond.
“Partnering with The APC has given us the opportunity to take our next big step,” said Andreea. “We’re excited to grow, and we’re doing it in the right way – building lasting relationships, staying true to our values and making sure that every delivery reflects the care and quality we stand for. Our focus is on becoming a long-term partner to local businesses, helping them thrive by delivering a level of service they can truly rely on."
