Reschedule delivery with APC Called

Have you received a 'sorry we missed you' card or an email notification?

Simply reschedule delivery on a day that suits you, or request collection from your local APC depot using the APC Called tool.

Please note: We will hold your item(s) for 5 working days before returning to the sender - the rescheduled date needs to be within 5 working days of the first delivery attempt. Please note you cannot collect your item(s) on the same day as the delivery was attempted. For next day collections please book before 7 PM.
